- My t-shirt doesn't fit, I need a different size / I want a different colour!! What should I do?
- Should you want for a different size or even to exchange a garment for another, its easy!! Within 28 days of purchase just pop the unworn garment into an envelope along with:
1) Your official receipt
2) Your completed returns form (is delivered with garment)
3) And if it is for an exchange then either 50p if its a bandana/pantie, £1.50 for a t-shirt or £3 for a hoody … so that we may repost your desired new garment!!

- I don't have paypal!! What should I do?
- Paypal is an easy method of payment to use and very self-explanatory. However, you don’t have to have a Paypal account to buy a Pocket garment, you can just use Paypal’s secure server to send the payment via credit card/switch or debit! You will get this option upon ordering.
- How long will my order take to reach me?
- Within the UK: 2-3 working days (but could be up to 1-2 weeks in busier periods!!)
Europe: Hopefully within 5-7 working days.
Everywhere else: 1-3 weeks depending on where you are in the world!!!
- Do you have a size chart?
- I’m afraid we don’t currently but are working on it. I can tell you though that the 2 Hoody’s and the Black Jumper are by Continental Clothing and a small fit. To give you a brief idea the size Medium is good for ladies size UK 10(-12).
As for the American Apparel t-shirts the Small size is good for females that wear size UK 8-10 clothing.
The Secret Possessions size Small panties fit a lady Size UK 8-10. Medium: Size 12 and Large Size: 14.

- I’m afraid the models are all friends of the owner. They are all skiers and valuable ambassadors for Pocket!!
